Are you doing virtual rounds? Do you need an easy way to share video links in a PNM schedule? 

CampusDirector now allows Council Admin the ability to input a video link for each chapter. This link will populate on the PNM’s schedule in the “Video Link” column. The " Link " button will appear for each chapter, and PNMs can click on it and be taken to the conferencing room that was inputted on the Chapter List.

Here is how to use this new feature:

The first thing you will need to do is input the video conferencing link for each chapter. To do this, go to Setup > Site Setup > Chapter List.

There, you will see the field entitled “Video URL” (it is under address). Simply input the video link for each chapter here.  This can be a recorded video to be watched for Round 1 or can be a virtual meeting space link such as ZOOM.  This link can be changed each round if the chapter's virtual meeting space changes.

When you schedule your events, this will appear on the PNMs schedule under a column entitled “Video Link” (see screenshot below).

If a PNM clicks on this link, it will redirect them to that video conferencing site or video that was linked.

If the PNM joins using the PNM Companion App, they will select Join Virtual Meeting from their schedule.
