CampusDirector - How to create custom Recruitment Counselor Groups
If you want to create custom Recruitment Counselor (RC) groups and you don't see an option available in CampusDirector's preset options, you can still create them. You will simply need to import the groups using the PNM Data Uploader. Here are the steps:
1. Click "Actions" on the left navigation bar
2. Select the "Upload PNM Data" option.
3. You will select the file you want to import that contains each PNM, their Council ID (as the key), and the Recruitment Counselor Group (just a number). You will match each column using the smart uploader tool. Once all fields are successfully matched, you can submit. This will import the data updating each individual RC Group.
