CampusDirector - How to know if a Recruitment Counselor set up their account

If you want to see if your Recruitment Counselors have all created their CampusDirector accounts, you can easily do so from the "Manage User Accounts" tab. There, you will be able to see any outstanding invites.

How to view RC accounts and know who hasn't created their accounts 

1. Click on "Setup"

2. Click on "Accounts"

3. Click on "Manage User Accounts"

4. Scroll down to the "RC Accounts" section 

5. If the RC says "Invited" and lists their email, they have not yet created their account (like the first one on the screenshot above). You can resend the invite or copy their unique link there. 

6. Their account is created if their name is displayed with a password reset option. They simply need to log in. 

If a Recruitment Counselor clicks the invite link and sees the message, "We expected you to be a PNM," it means they already have an account. In this case, they should log in directly using their past login credentials rather than creating a new account or using the link again. If they do not remember their password, you can reset it for them on the same page from above, or they can reset it themselves on the same page.
