If you attempted to send PNMs from CampusDirector to ChapterBuilder and received a failure message, or you never received a success message, you can always resend the PNMs to ChapterBuilder.
Note: make sure they did not send by checking with a chapter (also check your spam if you never received a success email). If you send again and they were already sent successfully, you will create duplicate entries in the chapter’s account.
To resend PNMs to ChapterBuilder, follow these steps.
Access your ChapterBuilder integration (note that you must be a Council Admin to access these features). To access the feature, click “Actions” (on the left-side menu) and click “Send PNMs to ChapterBuilder.”
2. You will see a box entitled “ChapterBuilder Log.” Find the entry of the failed send and click “Revert” on that entry.
3. You will notice that you can again send PNMs in the “Send PNMs to ChapterBuilder” area. When you are ready to send, click “Send # PNMs.”
