CampusDirector - Configuring Rounds

Configuring rounds allows councils to set up the specific round type, number of parties, and attendance allowance for PNMs.

To access a round’s configuration, navigate using the following steps 

  • Round > Round Setup > Configure Round 

There, you can customize to fit your community's needs for each round of your process.

  • Round Name - give your round a custom name

  • Round Type - CampusDirector offers four different round types. These include Open House, Invitational, Priority, and Bid Matching. 

  • Number of Events - the number of event slots that occur during this round (including breaks). 

  • Number PNM May Attend - this is the number of events that a participant is allowed to attend during that round.
