CampusDirector - Error Message when Uploading Files

After selecting "Upload," be sure to click "Save" on your photo before moving to the next page. Below are common issues when uploading files, such as photos or documents:

The name/title of your file should not contain any special characters or symbols. 

Images must be less than 1MB in size and one of the following formats/file types:

  • .jpg

  • .jpeg

  • .png

  • .gif

If your University asks for or requires any additional files to upload, each must be less than 1MB in size and in one of the following formats/file types:

  • .pdf

  • .doc

  • .docx

Some universities REQUIRE photos and documents to be uploaded. If a field is set to “Required”, that field can not be skipped. If you do not have the required documents, contact your university for an accepted alternative.

You can not delete uploads once they have been submitted. If your campus allows for updates, you can upload a new document to replace the old one.
