CampusDirector - Excel format for Uploading Chapter Invitation List

For best results, when uploading a chapter invite list to CampusDirector, the spreadsheet should meet the following requirements:

  • Only contain the PNM Council ID number in Column A; no other data should be in the spreadsheet - it should look like the spreadsheet below

You will notice that only Column A contains the PNM Council ID number, and all other cells are empty.

2. Your spreadsheet should be organized as follows:
 - Invitations first
 - Flex Plus second
 - Flex Minus last

Note: Your Flex Plus and Flex Minus lists should be in rank order, with the first PNM you wish to be flexed on or off listed first. For those getting invited and not included on a Flex List, the order does not matter. FOR THE BID LIST,  PNMS SHOULD APPEAR IN RANK ORDER. 

3. Make sure there are no duplicates on your spreadsheet and no extra data before saving.

4. Save the spreadsheet in the .CSV Format.
