CampusDirector - How to Upload Chapter Invitation List, Flex Lists, and Bid List (Example Included)

For best results, when uploading a chapter invite list to CampusDirector, the spreadsheet should meet the following requirements:

  1. The upload should only contain one column, using the PNM Council ID number and header ONLY. No other data - like name or overall score - should be in the spreadsheet.

  2. The spreadsheet should include the invitations first, flex minus second, and flex plus last. The flex lists should reflect the order in which PNMs should be flexed on or off. For those getting invited, the order does not matter. FOR THE BID LIST,  ALL PNMS SHOULD BE INCLUDED AND APPEAR IN RANK ORDER. BID LISTS SHOULD NOT INCLUDE FLEX LISTS. 

  3. Flex Minus list should contain PNM ID#s included on the invitation list.

  4. The flex plus list should NOT include PNM ID #'s on the invitation list.

  5. Make sure there are no duplicates on your spreadsheet and no extra data - like a spare comma or space - before saving.

  6. Save the spreadsheet in the .CSV format.
