If a chapter contacts you saying they cannot submit their list (invites) through CampusDirector (they may say the submit button is grayed out), here are a few ways to troubleshoot.
Make sure the chapter is not trying to over-invite and that they meet the invitation numbers that were set for them. A chapter can always under-invite but cannot exceed the chapter invitation number (it will appear in red if this happens). If you are flexing, chapters are required to meet the Flex Minus number but not the Flex Plus.
If your community is using a secondary pool, chapters must submit both the primary and secondary pool invitations at the same time. If they are simply working on one pool and the other does not meet the invitation requirements, then they will not be able to submit. They will need to do the following:
1. Save the primary pool invitation (making sure it meets the invitation requirements)
2. Input the secondary pool (making sure it meets the invitation requirements).
3. Then, they should be able to click submit. This will submit both pool invitations.
