CampusDirector - Errors Submitting Chapter Invitation List
Below are the most common reasons a chapter list cannot be submitted (submit button is grayed out).
The invitation numbers requirements are not met - this means you have not met the invitation number requirement (this can include a flex + or flex - list). The numbers will appear red when the invitation number requirements do not match. The user will also see red text at the bottom, which explains what is incorrect. Note that you are allowed to under invite but not over invite. Chapters are required to put PNMs on the Flex - list if they have one, but not the Flex + list.
There is a secondary pool - if your campus uses a secondary pool, you must submit both the primary and secondary pool invitations at the same time. If you are working on one pool and the other pool does not meet the invitation requirements, you will not be able to submit successfully. Here are the steps you should follow:
1. Save the primary pool invitation (making sure it meets the invitation requirements)
2. Input the secondary pool (making sure it meets the invitation requirements).
3. Then you should be able to click submit. This will submit invitations for both pools.
