A common issue when a chapter uploads their invites pertains to the flex minus list.
What is the Flex Minus List?
The flex minus list is for RFM-style recruitments. Those on the Flex Minus List come DIRECTLY from your INVITE list and are the PNMs you would want to remove from your invitation list only if you had fewer invitations to give than initially planned.
1. Flex Minus list is composed of PNMs on the invite list. If you input ID numbers on your spreadsheet for PNMs that are not on your invite list, it will not upload successfully. THEY MUST COME FROM YOUR INVITE LIST. In CampusDirector, if a PNM is moved down to the Flex Minus list, the PNM is still listed on the Invitation List.
2. Flex Minus List Order - You must make sure you input your flex minus list in the order that the PNMs need to be removed. The first number listed would be the first PNM removed from your invitation list if you have one less invitation to give, and so on.
3. Flex Minus is Required to Submit - if you have been given a Flex Minus number, you must meet it in order to submit your lists. This is also true for campuses that utilize a primary and a secondary pool.
