Are you having issues uploading your invitations to CampusDirector? Are your invites not appearing correctly from what is on your spreadsheet? Here are the most common mistakes that can lead to these issues.
Too Much Data in the Spreadsheet
Make sure your spreadsheet only contains the PNM Council ID number in Column A; no other data should be in the spreadsheet - it should look like the spreadsheet below
You will notice that only Column A contains the PNM Council ID number, and all other cells are empty.
If there are errors, try copying/pasting only the ID numbers into a new spreadsheet. If you use a spreadsheet that previously had other data deleted, the data might still be hidden in cells or have formulas attached.
Flex Minus Mistakes
A common mistake is that the flex minus list contains PNMs not on the invitation list. The Flex Minus list comes directly from your invite list and should only include PNMs that you would exclude from your list if you could not invite as many as the number initially set by your campus. If you are adding new ID numbers to your flex list that were not on the initial invite list, you will have issues when uploading to CampusDirector.
Spreadsheet Format
For best results, make sure the file you upload is a .csv file and not an Excel file.
