CampusDirector - Common issues when registering

You may hear from some individuals wanting to register for your community's process that they are running into problems. Most often, there are user errors that prevent someone from completing the process. Below are the most common mistakes made by those registering. 

1. Copying & Pasting their responses - when a user copies and pastes all their responses, there is a chance that they input an unsupported character. Users should type out all responses. Full article here

2. Start but do not finish their registration - for an individual account to be saved and created, they must complete the registration process entirely. They cannot leave and come back, or they will have to start over. Full article here. 

3. Attachments exceed the allowed size - frequently, individuals attempt to attach/upload images or files that exceed the limit set by CampusDirector. Full details and limits here. 

4. Failed payment - occasionally, users' payments will fail. This will prevent them from completing the process if the campus has set the fee as required.
