CampusDirector - Registrant/PNM can't get back into their account to finish registering.
If a registrant/PNM logged out of CampusDirector prior to completing their registration entirely, their account was not created. For an account to be saved/created in CampusDirector, the registrant must complete the registration process entirely; this includes payments if they are required.
