You control when PNMs have access to view their schedule and have access to submit priorities/accepts/MRABA/Bids.
Go to Setup > Site Setup > Configuration, Site account Options.
Allow PNM Logins - during recruitment setting to 'Yes' Allows PNMs to view their schedule.
Allow PNM Editing - during recruitment setting to 'Yes' Allows PNMs to enter priorities/MRABA/Accept Invites.
We recommend that after registration is closed and you are ready to schedule your first round of recruitment, both Allow PNM Logins and Allow PNM Editing be set to 'No.'
Once you are ready for the PNMs to view their schedule for Round 1, change Allow PNM Logins to 'Yes'. This might be when they have their Recruitment Counselor meetings. After the events are completed and you are ready for PNM to enter priorities, you would turn on Allow PNM Editing to 'Yes'. Once all PNMs have entered priorities, change both Allow PNM Logins and Allow PNM editing back to 'No' until the next round of recruitment.
***If your campus uses Single Sign On, you will have to create a password for your PNMs directly with CampusDirector before they can log into the PNM Companion App. Go to Setup > Account > Reset PNMS Password. The recommendation is to select your Student ID field and click save. PNMs can change their password after they log in.
