The PNM Companion App is now available for both iOS and Android users!
Go to Setup > Site Setup > Configuration. Under the Section PNM Companion App, there are several options you will need to set.
Turn on or off the Passcode option for PNMs according to your needs. Enabling a passcode means the PNM must have the 4-digit passcode in order to submit their Priorities or Preferences from the PNM Companion App.
The 4-digit passcode is set by you and can be changed at any time. We recommend the passcode be changed at minimum after every round.
If your council or university has a recruitment video, you can input the web link, and PNMs can watch from the PNM Companion App.
PNMs have the ability to see and contact their Recruitment Counselor if you allow Recruitment Counselors to have login accounts in CampusDirector. You can hide either a name field or an email address if your Recruitment counselor is disaffiliated, and those fields give the PNM too much information.
If you have a .pdf recruitment guide or another document you would like the PNM to access through the PNM companion app, it can be uploaded in the Recruitment Guide section. This can also be updated/changed at any time.
These are the only setup configuration features for the Admin for the PNM Companion App
***If your campus uses Single Sign On, you will need to create a password for your PNMs directly with CampusDirector before they can log into the PNM Companion App. Go to Setup > Account > Reset PNMS Password. The recommendation is to select your Student ID field and click save. PNMs can change their password after they log in.
