CampusDirector - How to set the passcode for the PNM Companion App
For communities using the PNM Companion App, you can set a passcode so that registrants cannot enter their selections without the passcode. This will allow you to prevent registrants from entering their priorities/selections without the assistance of an RC or without the passcode.
The PNM Companion App is available on both iOS and Android!
To set this passcode, follow these steps:
1. Click "Setup" and then "Site Setup"
2. Select "Configuration"
3. Navigate to the box entitled "For PNM Companion App Users Only"
4. You will see that you can require passcodes to submit preferences and priorities. Note that these must be set to "Yes" to apply.
5. The third setting in the box allows you to set a 4-digit passcode. You can make it any 4-digit code that you would like. Make sure you select "save" once you have it set.
If you want to change the password after each round, you can do so.
