CampusDirector - RCs can’t view Participant/PNM schedules

Here are the steps to resolving potential issues:

Can the RC log in? This can be checked by going to Setup > Site Setup > Configuration. Scrolling down to “Site Account Options” (second to last box) > Allow RC Logins needs to be set to 'Yes'.

  1. The RC must first select a Participant/PNM on the left side navigation. 

    1. Select a Participant/PNM from the PNMs drop down (right below “No PNM Selected”  

    2. Then select the round and view schedule. 

  2. If you select ‘view schedules’ and the screen is blank after selecting a Participant/PNM, ensure the Round has been scheduled and the round is also 'Finalized.’ This must be done by the Council Admin user.
