CampusDirector - RCs can’t view Participant/PNM schedules
Here are the steps to resolving potential issues:
Can the RC log in? This can be checked by going to Setup > Site Setup > Configuration. Scrolling down to “Site Account Options” (second to last box) > Allow RC Logins needs to be set to 'Yes'.
The RC must first select a Participant/PNM on the left side navigation.
Select a Participant/PNM from the PNMs drop down (right below “No PNM Selected”
Then select the round and view schedule.
If you select ‘view schedules’ and the screen is blank after selecting a Participant/PNM, ensure the Round has been scheduled and the round is also 'Finalized.’ This must be done by the Council Admin user.
