CampusDirector - What to do if Chapters can't see their schedules?

When a chapter can’t view their schedules, this usually means that the round has not been finalized. To finalize a round, follow these steps:

  • Click on the Round (left-hand side of the screen, for example, Open House)

  • Click “Finalize Round”

  • Then select “Edit” on the far right and change to Finalized instead of Open. 

The other reason that chapters could not see their schedules is if the campus didn’t run schedules successfully. Usually, this means they didn’t save. 

To see if schedules were run, follow these steps 

  • Click on the round (left-hand side of the screen, for example, Open House)

  • Click “View Reports” and select PNM Schedules

  • If there are no schedules, then they did not run them successfully.
