CampusDirector - How to see event numbers for each chapter
CampusDirector offers several tools to see the number of participants for each chapter during a round of your process.
Event Count Matrix
This report is probably the most useful. This report displays each organization/chapter, each event in that round, and the number of participants attending each event. You can access this report under a Round (left side navigation bar) > View Reports > Event Count Matrix
Schedule Matrix
This report shows you a matrix of schedules from a participant's perspective. It shows the participants and where they are scheduled for each event in the round. You can access this report under a Round (left side navigation bar) > View Reports > Schedule Matrix.
Chapter Schedules
You can also look at a chapter's schedules and see how many participants are listed for each event. This is likely more information than you need, but it can provide great insight. To access chapter schedules, select the specific Round (left side navigation bar) > View Reports > Chapter Schedules.
