CampusDirector - How to set chapter invitation numbers?

If you have priority or invitational rounds in your process, you will need to input Chapter Invitation numbers. This includes the number of invites a chapter can extend and, if your community leverages flexing (Flex Minus or Plus), setting those numbers.

To input Chapter Invitation Numbers:

1. Find the round you want to input numbers for on the left side navigation bar and open the drop-down menu.

2. Click "Round Setup" under that specific round (it will open another drop-down menu).

3. Click "Chapter Invitation Numbers"

4. Input your chapter invitation numbers.

5. If your community uses flexing, enable it at the top.

Note: If your community allows all chapters to invite any participant, just set the invitation number to the number of active participants. This can be useful in non-RFM style processes.
