CampusDirector - How to prevent chapters or PNMs from seeing their schedules
There are a few options available to keep chapters and PNMs from seeing their schedules. You will see the two options below.
Do not finalize the round - when a round is finalized, it releases the schedules to the PNMs and Chapters.
Here are the steps for finalizing a round. Click Round > Finalize Round > Make sure it’s set to open (when finalized, the schedules are released).
Turn off PNM or Chapter Logins - if the login abilities are disabled for the PNMs or the Chapters, they cannot access their schedules.
Here are the steps for adjusting login permissions. Navigate to Configuration by going to Setup > Site Setup > Configuration and scrolling down to "Site Account Options." There, you will see that you can turn logins on or off for both chapters and PNMs.
