CampusDirector - Restore Removed Participant/PNM Registration

If you have removed a participant's Registration Account, you can restore the registration as a Council Admin. You can search for them in the "Edit PNMs Account." Below, you will find a step-by-step guide to restoring a removed participant.

Restoring a Removed Participant:

1. Click "Setup" on the left-side navigation bar

2. Click "Account" and then "Edit PNM Accounts"

3. Search for the Participant/PNM by their name. It should return a result that says "REMOVED NAME (Council ID)." Click on them.

4. It will take you to their edit profile page. At the top, you will see an option to restore them. Click to make it happen.

Note that a removed participant is different from a withdrawn PNM.
Removed participants are not included in your data. If you want to un-withdraw someone, click here to learn how.
