Wanting PNMs to share an introduction video? The new Video Link field will allow PNMs to input a video link that will appear and be accessible through the Participant List. Additionally, it will be available in the PNM Information tab of MyVote for chapters leveraging that technology. Note, this WILL NOT allow PNMs to upload a video, simply share a link.

To enable this field, follow these steps:

• Go to Setup > Site Setup > PNM Extra Fields

• Find the pre-set field entitled “Video Link (link)” and turn it to “On” (located in the middle top of the field). This will enable this field and add it to your registration form. If you want chapters to be able to access this information, make sure you enable it on this page.

Note that this is the only field that will work and allow the PNMs video link to be hyperlinked to the Participant List. This field WILL NOT allow PNMs to upload a video; ONLY input a link.

Viewing on the Master List

• If you select the “Video Link” field, you will see if it appears on the Participant List for each PNM (if they provided a link). If a user clicks the green “Link” button, it will redirect them to that PNM’s video link. Below, you will see a screenshot of how it appears on the Participant List (note this is the same for Chapters if they have been given access to this field).

PNMs and Chapters can not upload video files directly to CampusDirector.  PNMs will need to create a video link to add to their registration if your campus is requesting a PNM intro video.
