CampusDirector - Participant/PNM Registered for the Wrong Recruitment

If your campus has more than one CampusDirector site and the PNM registered on the wrong site follow the steps below.

A Participant/PNM can only be registered for one recruitment under the same email address. If a Participant/PNM registers for the wrong recruitment, you will need to remove their registration from the incorrect site to allow the student to log back into their user account and complete the registration for the correct recruitment. Removing a registration does not delete the PNMs user account, only their registration.

Admin User:

  • Go to Setup > Accounts > Edit PNM Account.

  • Select the PNM from the list or the search bar

  • Scroll to the bottom of the PNMs registration and use the REMOVE feature.  

  • Type in the word REMOVE to remove their registration.

  • Notify the PNM that they will need to log into their account on the incorrect site and re-register for the correct recruitment.

Participant/PNM User:

  • Log into their user account at mycampusdirector2.com

  • Follow the prompts on the home screen to re-register for the correct recruitment on their campus.
