As a Council Admin, you can reset a Participant/PNM’s password for them.
Changing a Participant/PNM's Password:
1. Click on "Setup"
2. Click "Accounts"
3. Click "Edit PNM Accounts."
4. Search for the participant whose password you want to reset.
5. Scroll down to the "New Password" field in their profile.
6. Input the new password
7. Click "Save Changes." YOU MUST DO THIS in order for their password to change.
8. Notify the Participant/PNM of their new password.
Summary
As a Council Admin, you can reset a Participant/PNM’s password for them. You will navigate to the Edit PNM Accounts tab, search for them, and input a new password. Make sure to save your changes.
