CampusDirector - How to reset all Recruitment Counselor passwords
Are your Recruitment Counselors (RCs) having issues accessing CampusDirector, or have they all forgotten their passwords? You can easily change all their passwords to a single password, allowing them to easily log in and change it to something new. See the steps below.
Changing All RC passwords
1. Click on "Setup"
2. Click on "Accounts"
3. Click on "Manage User Accounts"
4. Scroll down to the "RC Accounts" section
5. At the top, click the option to "Change All Passwords" (it is on the far right side).
6. Input the new password you want set for ALL RC users and then confirm it. Make sure to click "Save."
This will change ALL RC users' passwords, and they should be able to use it to log in. If they have questions about how to reset their own password after logging in, you can share this article with them.
