CampusDirector - Participants can't enter priorities

If participants cannot enter priorities, a number of issues could occur. 

1. Editing is not turned on for participants. To check this, go to "Setup" > "Site Setup" > "Configuration" and scroll down to the 5th box entitled "Site Account Options." If you want participants to be able to input their priorities, both "Allow PNM Logins" and "Allow PNM Editing" should be set to ‘Yes’. If they are not, click "Edit" and change. Make sure you have saved the change. 

2. Make sure that you save your scheduled events. When you schedule your events, you get a preview first, and then you must scroll down and click the save button. You can check if you saved your schedules by going to the Round (left navigation bar) > "Tools" > "Edit Schedule." If you select any participant and they do not have any events listed, you will know that you did not schedule correctly. We encourage you to check a few.

3. Make sure your round is configured correctly. You will need to make sure your round type is set to "Priority." To check this, go to Round (left navigation bar) > "Round Setup" > "Configure Round." There, you will see "Round Type." It should be set to "Priority."
