CampusDirector - What can participants see in the Companion App?

The Companion App is the mobile app that helps your participants (PNMs) navigate the recruitment process. Below, you will see what the participants see when they log in.

Schedules:

The default page that appears for participants is their schedules. If you disable logins, they will not be able to see it until you enable it again. 

Priorities/Selections:

Participants can quickly and easily submit their priorities, preferences, or invitations via the Companion App. You can set a passcode to make sure they cannot submit until the time is right. You can also completely disable this tab by turning off Editing. 

Message of the Day (MOTD):

Want to share an update specifically for participants? We encourage all communities to regularly update the Message Of The Day with any announcements or information for the day. 

Resource Tab:

The resource tab contains council info, recruitment counselor information (if applicable), a notes feature, and access to some great Phired Up resources.
