CampusDirector - What is different with the new Companion App?

The new Companion App is a completely rebuilt version of the CampusDirector Companion App for those participating in recruitment. Below, you will see what is different.

New Look! 🥸

The most significant change with the new Companion App is a new look! We have updated the branding, fonts, and styles to be more easily read and to fit with Phired Up's overall brand strategy.

Message of the Day

In the new Companion App, the only Message of the Day (MOTD) that displays is the “PNM MOTD.” Your council admin customizes this and can be updated via the web (here are some instructions). In the past version, we displayed this message and the General MOTD but received feedback that this was confusing, so we adjusted it.

Single Intentional Preferences

For communities following an RFM-style recruitment, when a PNM does not maximize their preferences, they will receive an extra message to confirm they understand the decision they are making and confirm they want to continue.

Performance, Big Fixes, and Partner Recommendations

Phired Up is committed to providing the best experience and ensuring that our products are helping you transform the way people join. We appreciate all the feedback, ideas, and improvements you have suggested, and you will see them reflected in the new Companion App!
