PNMs can't rank

PNMs can't rank

If your participants/PNMs are attempting to rank and it says “undefined” where the chapters should be displayed, this is most likely one of two things.

Round Configuration - the most common issue is that you have the round configured incorrectly. You need to make sure that in a priority round, you have it so that the "PNMs must rank" is set to "All chapters attended in the previous round."

Did you complete Scheduling - The other issue could be that you didn't complete the scheduling process entirely. To see if you scheduled completely, go to your Round > Tools > Edit Schedules and see if the chapters are listed. You can also verify by going to "Schedule Events" under the round. If you scroll down, you can see the time stamp. If it looks like this or has an old date, then you did not save your schedule.

Users most commonly don't click the "Save" button when scheduling events. When you click to schedule it, it first populates a preview, and then you have to scroll to the bottom and click "Save.”
