CampusDirector - Can you hide group members from RC Users?

If you want to hide the assigned participants/PNMs from your Recruitment Counselor (RC) users, the only way to do that is by disabling their login access. Once RCs can log in, any PNMs/Participants assigned to their group will be visible to them.

Here is how you disable RC Logins:

1. Click "Setup" 

2. Click "Site Setup"

3. Select "Configuration." 

4. Scroll down to "Site Account Options." This will be the second to last box. There, you will switch "RC Logins" to "No." Make sure you click "Save" for this to be in effect. 

Note that you must be a Council Admin to complete this action.
