Council - Can you import a list of custom RC groups for a campus?

Reported Issue:

Campus has a custom spreadsheet of recruitment counselor groups they would like to create. They do not want to use the options we have available (most commonly they do it by resident hall).

How to help

They can now do it for themselves through the PNM Importer. Here are the steps they will need to follow:

Note all RC Groups should be created PRIOR to do this 

1. Go to "Actions" on the left navigation bar

2. Click upload PNM Data

3. Select their file they want to upload. They will need their Council ID or TechniPhi Id (this will be their key) and their RC group number (just a number) 

4. They will want to match all the columns of their spreadsheet to the fields they correspond to. They can "Skip" any fields they do not wish to update/change. They at a minimum will need the ID column of their choice, marked as "KEY" and the RC Group column, 

5. Once all fields are matched or skipped, they will be able to upload. They will get a success message 

If they assign any participants to groups that don't exist, the individuals will be assigned to Group 1 as default.
