CampusDirector - How to reassign a PNM(s) RC Group

Below, you will find steps for assigning a single Participant/PNM to a different group or (re)assigning PNMs in bulk. 

To assign a single Participant/PNM to a group, you should follow these steps:

  • Go to Setup > Accounts > Edit PNM Accounts 

  • Search for or find the Participant/PNM you are looking for. 

  • Click on their profile. 

  • Scroll down to the “RC Group” field and change it to the group they need to be in. 

  • Click the blue “Submit” button

To reassign every Participant/PNM group, follow these steps:

1. Go to Setup > Tools > Reassign PNM Groups 

2. There, you will see three options for how to reassign ALL PNMs.

Note, once you select one of these options, you will not be able to undo it.

Finally, you can create custom RC groups by uploading them. To do this, you will use the PNM uploader. Here are the steps:

1. Click "Actions" on the left navigation bar

2. Select the "Upload PNM Data" option. 

3. You will select the file you want to import that contains each Participant/PNM, their Council ID (as the key), and the Recruitment Counselor Group (just a number). You will match each column using the smart uploader tool. Once all fields are successfully matched, you can submit. This will import the data updating each individual RC Group.
