CampusDirector - How to assign registrants to random RC groups as they register

If you want participants to be assigned to a random recruitment counselor (RC) group as they register, you will need to enable this feature. If you do not do this, all your participants will be assigned to the same group, and you will have to reassign them later. The best practice is to have your RC groups set up already. 

To enable this feature, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to "Setup" on the left side navigation bar. 

2. Click "Site Setup" and then "Configuration." 

3. On the "Configuration tab" scroll down to the second box entitled "PNM Registration Options." 

4. You will see a setting called "Assign PNM to a random group." If you want this enabled, set this to "Yes" by clicking the "Edit" button and saving.
