CampusDirector - How Travel Groups Work

Below is a breakdown of how the travel groups work and are adjusted for scheduling. 

To access travel groups, follow the navigation below. 

  • Round > Schedule Events (you will see the travel groups in the second blue box)

Travel Group 1 (TG-1) will travel to the first chapter listed first on the travel order above this box. TG-2 will go to the second chapter and so on if scheduling regularly, which most campuses do. 

To adjust a travel group, click “Change RC Travel Groups.” 

Then, you can select RC groups and move them between the various travel groups. When an RC group is listed with a travel group, it will travel/be scheduled with the other RC groups listed in that travel group. You can move more than one RC group. You will see the image below.
