CampusDirector - Cannot access my log in account - Chapter User

User accounts are set up by the Council Admin for your University. Your council will need to grant your email address access to CampusDirector.

  • If you have never used CampusDirector, you will be granted access and receive an email to set up your password. Once you have created your account, you can access your chapter site by going to mycampusdirector2.com to access your account. 

  • If you have used CampusDirector for a prior recruitment, go to mycampusdirector2.com to log in to your account.  If you do not remember your password, use the Forgot Password option to reset your password.  

To ensure only authorized users are added for Chapter access, Phired Up team members and support staff will not grant access for Chapter User Accounts without approval from the Council Admin. All Chapter User requests must go to your Council for approval.

If you have an invalid password, use the Forgot Password option. 

If your email is not valid, contact the Council Admin at your University for assistance. They can update your email address to grant access.
