For your process, you may want to have two different participant pools: a primary and a secondary. The secondary pool is often used for non-first-year students, but you are not limited to this feature just for that.
To enable a secondary pool, follow these steps:
1. Click on "Setup" (located on the left navigation bar)
2. Click "Site Setup" and then "Configuration"
3. There, you will scroll down to the second box entitled "Site Configuration Options" where you will see it is the first option: "Enable Secondary PNM Pool."
4. Click the "Edit" button and switch it to yes (make sure you save!)
Once you enable the secondary pool, you will see a few new things on your CampusDirector site:
Two pools reflected at the top: This will display the number of participants in each pool and will need to be selected when working with a specific pool (like pulling a report for just the secondary pool).
Manage Pools option will allow you to adjust the participants in each pool.
