CampusDirector - How to withdraw someone from the process

When a PNM is withdrawn from recruitment, they will no longer appear active. Here are the steps for withdrawing a PNM.

If recruitment hasn’t started:

  1. Click “Actions” in the upper left corner of the sidebar 

  2. Click “Edit Withdraws” 

  3. Then, search for and select the PNM they want to withdraw. 

  4. There, you will be able to withdraw and include a reason. 

*Note: A user can also list them as “No Show” or “Ineligible” under this feature. 

If recruitment has started: 

  1. Find the round that the PNM is withdrawing from on the left-hand side of the screen in the rounds area (Open House, Sisterhood, etc.). Click on that round for the round options to drop down. 

  2. Click on Tools > Click “Withdraw a PNM.” 

  3. Then, search for and select the PNM they want to withdraw. 

  4. There, you will be able to withdraw and include a reason.
