CampusDirector - How to allow a PNM to change priorities after they have already submitted
Follow these steps if a PNM has already submitted their priorities and needs to change them.
1. Find the round of recruitment (left-hand side) that this list is for (remember they are submitting invites for the next round) and click on it to expand for round options.
2. Click Tools > Clear PNM Submit Flags

3. You will find a list of all PNMs, and you can search for the one you are looking for. Once you select them, you will see their name, a submit time, and the option to "Clear." Click the "Clear" button, and you will notice that it says "Not Submitted" once the page is refreshed. The PNM will be able to go in and make changes to their invitation list and resubmit once they are done.
