CampusDirector - MRABA on the Web (what does it look like for a PNM?)

We have updated the MRABA signature process for PNMs. They will now need to type in their name and select the date when submitting. This is an update that is being made to comply with E-Signature guidelines.

What is different?

  • PNMs must type in their name to electronically sign the MRABA.

  • PNMs will need to input the specific date for signing the MRABA.

  • If you want Participants/PNMs to initial each section of the MRABA, they must do so via the Companion App.

Here is a breakdown in screenshots:

1. Enter your preferences (select from the drop-down)

2. Review the agreement (this is pre-populated and provided to Phired Up by the NPC). It has been modified only to adjust for e-signature. 

3. Type the name and input the date.

4. Submit. 

5. They will be prompted to print or view it later by clicking on the round again. If they are using the app, they can view the signed MRABA under the resource tab.
