CampusDirector - PNM keeps getting sent back to the first page of the registration or unable to move to next page
If a Participant/PNM contacts you regarding issues completing their registration - such as getting kicked out or they cannot move on to the next page - they may be copying & pasting responses into their CampuseDirector registration. Copying and pasting can introduce unsupported characters (e.g. : / ( - _ ) ), preventing progress or causing system errors (such as being kicked out). Instruct them to type out all responses directly into CampusDirector and avoid using symbols, non-letter inputs, or special characters.
Another common issue is that the files they are attaching (pictures, resumé, or transcripts) do not meet the formatting requirements or sizes.
