CampusDirector - RC Logins - Turning them on or off

As a Council Admin, you have the ability to turn Recruitment Counselor (RC) logins on or off. If disabled, the RCs will not be able to view their participant group (PNM group) and will not be able to access schedules or data.

To turn RC Logins on or off, follow these steps:

1. Click "Setup"

2. Click "Site Setup"

3. Click "Configuration"

4. Scroll down to "Site Account Options:

5. There, you will see "Allow RC Logins." You can turn this to "Yes" to allow them to log in or “No” to disable logins. 

If logins are turned off, this is how it will appear for RC Users. 

Summary

As a Council Admin, you have the ability to turn Recruitment Counselor (RC) logins on or off. If disabled, the RCs will not be able to view their participant group (PNM group) and will not be able to access schedules or data. You can control this in the configuration tab.
